The psoas muscle, yes tribe, we are going there today.
For today’s sequence, we will focus on lengthening and strengthening our psoas muscle through various postures and specific exercises.
Plan to work hard, but also relax hard as the psoas muscle is directly related to our central nervous system and our levels of stress. If stress is common in your life, then simultaneously, your psoas muscle is constricted and not working effectively.
And not working effectively can lead to pains + aches and even, injury!
So in addition to cultivating a consistent breath pattern for this flow, I also invite you to create a relaxing environment to ease into the present moment and soothe (+strengthen) your stressed out psoas muscle!
