STEADY STATE ROWING: WILL IT HELP YOUR FITNESS AND ROWING?
A lot of people ask how they can improve their fitness, alot of people get the response of DO MORE STEADY STATE. I agree that steady state is a great method to improving ones fitness, but as we discuss in the vlog, it is not the be all and end all of improving your rowing or specific types of fitness. I recommend talking to a coach and seeing where your weaknesses are to assess what you need to work on, perhaps you do in fact need to do MORE STEADY STATE, but perhaps you need another approach to training to make gains!
